Half term fun at Northampton museum

Northampton Museum and Art Gallery is hosting two lots of creative workshops for children this October half term.

On Tuesday 26 October, children can learn a bit about the history of the town’s boot and shoe trade unions and make their very own trade union badge. Booking is required for the two-hour sessions that run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. Tickets cost £2.

On Thursday 28 October, children will get the chance to take part in ‘all the fun of the fair’ themed drop in workshops with various arts and crafts activities inspired by St Crispin’s Fair. Sessions run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. Admission is free, but there will be a small charge for some activities.
